We have NO set up fees or any hidden fees. We believe pricing should be transparent and upfront. Our starter pricing is $180 a month on a 24-month contract. To sign up, we will need a credit card to set up your first month’s payment, which will be securely captured through credit card for your convenience and your protection.

Once sign up is completed, we will immediately start setting up your website’s server and helping you secure your business domain name (if needed). We will then send you our sign up form, which will walk you through every step of the design process. It helps you give us all we need to create the perfect custom website for your brand. This process is quick and easy, and it allows us to collaborate and create the perfect vision for your site.

Once we have received all the necessary information (i.e., content writing, logos, images, and all other essential branding information), we can deliver your website on average within four to six weeks. We strive to launch your fully functioning website as fast as possible without cutting any corners. In our sign up form, we ask for you to provide three other websites that you really like so we know what style you are looking for with your site. In some cases, the first delivery we send may not be exactly what you are looking for. So what do we do to make things right? We invite you to be as blunt and picky as you can. Yes, really! We encourage you to critique our design as much as possible. We ask this because we want you to have a PERFECT website. Our on-page SEO will include the use of proper heading tags and optional keyword-rich content. We will implement correct URL structures, title tagging, and meta descriptions. We will optimize your images by cropping and compressing them and tagging the URL and title with your keywords. We will also create an XML sitemap and index your site to Google. We keep your site top-notch with SSL certificates to keep your site secure and build your website lean for fast loading speeds. All of these implementations are vital for starting your SEO right!

Yes, we can assist you with routing your professional email through your domains’ name servers. We work with our clients through G Suite. G Suite is the easiest and best way to handle professional email; it allows you to use your domain name for your email while using Google’s simple and powerful Gmail platform. Once you set up an account with G Suite, we can take it from there and route your professional email with no need to code on your end.

All of our sites are built on a WordPress platform. WordPress powers more of the internet than any other of content management system. Integrating with WordPress means the functionality and design possibilities are endless and we can craft a website that looks exactly they way want it to. This is also beneficial because we can create custom post types for you to easily log in and add more blog pages that we have already set up a design for so all you have to do is simply type and click publish.
Do I own the website?
Yes! We don’t hold anyone hostage to continue using us in order to continue using your website. Once you have paid off the full term of your website contract, the website is all yours. You can then choose to host, manage, and maintain the website on your own or leave it with us by signing up for our ongoing care plan.

If you want to hire us for content writing, we would love to help you, or you may provide your own content. For most business owners providing their own content can be a simple thing. You know your services and products in and out, and you know your target demographic like the back of your hand. Writing a message to your preferred client may come intuitively to you, and we encourage our customers to try and refine their messaging among their own team. If you don’t wish to write your own content, we will research your industry and write a message to educate and persuade your prospects to become paying customers. Our content writing costs $150 per page. Note: For pages such as contact, photo galleries, reviews, or other pages that do not require much unique content, these do not require a fee for our content writing.

We encourage all of our clients to use their own photography because it is more authentic and shows what your company is all about. That being said, our clients often have photos to use but are not the best quality. In this case, we would look to start sourcing some stock photography. We want to make sure your website is using high-quality photography so it can look as best as it can. We can source free stock photos for you, but if you need some specific photos that we cannot find for free, we can start acquiring premium stock photography for you at no extra cost.

With our subscription program, we take the upfront cost of a professional quality website and not just split the investment into two payments like most web agencies, but we split the cost into 24 small easy to make payments. We essentially finance your website for you at a zero percent interest rate, pretty awesome, right!? Our subscription program is easy to use and easy to start. With no upfront costs, any business can jump into a professional website that would typically cost thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars to create. This easy payment program allows any business, even small businesses with tight cash flow, to have the opportunity of having a world-class website. Lastly, our website plan provides peace of mind. Your website will be hosted on our server and kept up by our team. You don’t ever have to worry about any maintenance issues or troubleshooting errors; we will keep your site running smoothly and take care of any problems that will inevitably arise.

Any contracts that are terminated before the final 24-months’ time will have a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance, and your website will be terminated. If you wish to cancel your contract and take your website to another hosting provider or website management team, the remaining balance of your contract must be paid in full, and we will package up your website files and transfer them over to you.

Once your contract is up, we have three options for you to choose from.

Option 1.
Renew your contract, and get a brand new design for free. It’s been two years since we first built your website, times have changed, and your brand may have taken a new direction. If this is the case, take advantage of a brand new design.

Option 2.
Automatically move to our month to month maintenance plan for $150. From here, you can enjoy the benefits of having peace of mind knowing that we will actively host and maintain your website. You’ll continue to enjoy unlimited content updates, licensed use of our plugins and any premium features we have created for you such as review displaying or SMS notifications.

Option 3.
We can package up your website files and deliver them over to you to host, manage, and maintain your website moving forward.

We do not allow any active 360 Sites to be hosted outside of our server. We use blazing fast hosting and provide top-notch support for all of our clients. However, if you would like to host your website wherever you wish, you are able to purchase a website design outright!

We’ve seen those advertisements lying on the side of the road too. You should be cautious of any company that states they can build you a site for $1500. What’s most likely to happen is they will take your money and then build you a site using a $50 theme. They will ask you to send them some content about your company and what you do and then slap it onto the theme, and that’s it. You won’t have any ongoing support when things crash. You won’t have any tailored design or specific strategy for your brand. You probably won’t be able to make any custom requests, and your website won’t be appropriately structured for SEO. You’ll have a sub-par experience and a website that looks like all the other cheap websites.
